We want our classes to be fun and rewarding experience for everyone involved. Please help us out by following these guideline.
Payment: Class payment is due in full at the time of registration. You may register in person or by phone (858-831-9190).
Cancellation Policy: Advance notice of 2 business days* is required to cancel or transfer to another class. After this time, if you cancel (or don’t show up for the class) you will forfeit the class fee.
Arrival Time: All classes begin promptly at the posted start time. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early. This ensures that all students will be ready to begin at the start of class. Late arrivals are disruptive to teachers and the other students. Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may not be able to participate in the class and will forfeit your class fee.
Class Materials: Except where otherwise noted, class fees do not include materials. If you need supplies on class day, please arrive at least 15 minutes early so you’re ready to go at the start of class. You will receive a 20% discount on all materials purchased on the day of the class.
Free classes: Except where otherwise noted, free classes do not include materials. Class materials can be purchased in the store. If you bring your own supplies to the class, a tuition fee of $25 per hour will apply.
Minimum Enrollment: Some classes have minimum enrollment requirements. Classes not meeting minimum enrollment may be canceled or rescheduled by Bead Cellar. If a class is canceled or rescheduled, students will be offered the choice of a refund or store credit.
Guests: Please do not bring unregistered guests to a class. If your guest is interested in taking the class, please register them in advance, to ensure there is a space available. There is no space for guests/friends/family members to hang out in the store for the duration of your class.
Please note: If you sign up for a class less than 48 hours before its start time, please call the store and confirm.
